Returns
We only accept returns if the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Process

  • Photos of the item
    Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address via email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns due to customer preferences (e.g., "I changed my mind," or "it looks different from the photos").

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
